"We were checking in kind of late. We received a call about 8:15pm asking if we were still planning on checking in. He asked if we could be there by 10pm. Everything was great except finding it using ‘Maps’. It was dark,wet and busy. Maps said turn right at the light onto Short St. There is no light there. "

"Staff was great. Trouble with keys. After we checked in the keys worked, but we left for a family event and when we returned, the keys didn’t work. We had to go down from the fourth floor two times until we finally got one that let us get back into our room. Another lodger told me he had to the same problem and it took him two trips down too to get keys that worked. May have been a glitch in their system."

Only complaint was every morning of our stay…very early (during posted quiet hours)someone on our floor would let their door slam shut and it would wake us up. Maybe they need to make the doors slow closing? Already exhausted from travel and to be woken up like that was a bit frustrating. "

TV was adequate, and the room provided a fridge, microwave & free wi-fi as advertised. This hotel is acceptable, but no bells and whistles here.
