"I booked a week stay at this hotel. When I got there, my room was not ready. I was upgraded to a room with a bathroom and had to pay extra. I should not have had to pay for an upgrade considering the room I booked was not ready. The room was not clean and I had to request the room be cleaned. The room door was broken also.
