"Overall this was a very nice stay. The property is slightly dated however from the other reviews and price I paid I was expecting this as I needed just a bed whilst exploring Milan. The property is 5 minneapk from a metro station which gets you into central in around 10-15 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed. The bathroom had a really bad smell. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. "
