"The hotel had a system update and took a very long time to find out our booking list. The receptionist asked us for cash and told us that they would not charge our credit card. Still, I found out today that money was deducted from my credit card. Refund me immediately."

"It was the coldest days when I stayed. No hot water for 4 days out of 9 even after complaining! What can you expect for paying such amount? Only one good point is the location is convenient. Breakfast ok. Don't expect too much! They stole my credit card details & used my signature. After confronting with them, they denied and said they didn't have my CC details and thought I was a fool! Staff are not friendly & didn't even say hello."

"The staff was really nice and friendly, and their garden was beautiful. However the rooms were not so nice. The bed was rock hard and their sheets were dirty. Would be nice to have a shower door too. It was a place to sleep and that's it."
