Property was ok as things needed fixing. The area wasn’t that great as the area was not ment for travelers. The hotel also housed mainly immigrant workers it seemed. Just felt out of place as their weren’t many people of my race it seemed

Everything went well, except for my shower. First, they only had body lotion instead of a solid bar of soap (some of us dont like bodywash). There was also no hot water, so I had to take a very uncomfortable sponge bath. I then discovered there was no bodywash in the acual shower, just by the bathroom sink. So I had to go back and fourth between the shower and bathroom sink to get soap. Since I have been here before without incident, I decided to give it 3 stars instead of two.

Pool was nice. Breakfast attendant was friendly. Floor in room was very dirty. No one came to refresh my room when requested. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Couldn't play in arcade. No cash on premises.

It was more like a motel instead of a hotel no refrigerator no coffee maker no microwave. I guess if you’re going to Busch Gardens it’s very convenient.

The property and room were dirty. We even found a couple of cockroaches in the room. Linens were old and sometimes ragged. This is really a motel.
