House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! House is good, only moan I would have is the shower could have better water pressure, but even then, it was way cheaper than any hotel in the area and we were about dead center in Tampa the entire time with quick access to everything, there is no parking lot style parking, but the street in the...

"Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again."

"We stayed here for a weekend while we went to Busch Gardens and a concert at Raymond James. It was perfect for our trip and the host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. "Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. Home was comfortable, neat and clean. Loved the location, easy to get to our friends we visited and to the different parks. The contact person was quick to respond to our hello and goodbye and very gracious. Since we didn’t have questions during our stay there was no need for other contact. Would recommend this home for your stay absolutely."
