"We loved our stay here! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. My husband and I and our 4 children (ages 2-11) fit comfortably. I was worried about the noise reviews but it was quiet despite them being completely booked. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. There was an option to get our placed cleaned once during our 3 night stay but couldn't fit into their scheduled, so it didn't happen but that was okay. "This unit was very clean and well laid out. I like that the kitchen was opened up by moving the part of the cabinets that nornaly stuck out to against the wall. Makes ot feel more open and larger. Lots of games and beach items in unit. Only recomendation would be room darkening curtains in the back bedrooms as they halway lights outside the rooms are very bright."

"We were wowed by Ocean Club. Did not expect the quality and service. Beautiful condo with ocean facing terrace. High quality finishes like marble floors and countertops. Beds and linens all top notch. The location was stunning right on the beach and the service fantastic. Highly recommend."

"Online showed what I would call an old photo Lounge chairs and chairs and umbrellas not set up for you. Sign them out and then walk 200 yards to beach carrying all your belongings. They are not like the picture. Room and hotel very clean. Great workers. The pool and bar both underwhelming. Bartender was great."

"I have stayed here a few times and would recommend it if you are looking to stay in a quiet part of the Clearwater Beach on the North end. It is 4 blocks from where the action starts. The pool is small but nice. The beach is steps from the hotel. There are 2 restaurants within a couple minutes away."

"Brought our family to Treasure Island for our daughter’s college graduation get away. Everything was wonderful. Second time staying at the condo building. We’ve enjoyed both times and will definitely return again and again. Thank you for the perfect location and all the amenities."

"We traveled to Clearwater for a short 3-day vacation and were very pleased with our stay at The Avalon Club! The facilities were very clean and well staffed. The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful and spacious for our family of 6. Even the pull out couch and bedding were comfortable. The staff was great and we loved the use of chairs, beach toys and towels for use at the beach. There were plenty of places to eat and shop all within walking distance. We definitely would stay again."

"I have been using VRBO for many years. While I have enjoyed each and every property for different reasons, this unit is my new favorite! It appears to have been recently redone, and the kitchen is so organized, clean and well equipped. There are no random left-behind tippy cups, mismatched beach souvenir-glasses, leftover takeout ketchup packets, or reminders of past guests. "My chief complaint about this property is they charged me a very large security deposit in January for our stay in May. We only got the money back over 2 weeks after we checked out. They had my money for 5+ months. Place was in a great location with a nice pool and walking distance to beach and bars . One bedroom was only accessible through the bathroom or other bedroom. All in all it was a really nice place. Parking was great and it was nicely furnished. Communication with management was great"

"I have never stayed with Mint before and I had a last minute booking for Memorial Day weekend and they had the best price so I gave it a chance. I must say my expectations were more than met!!! First of all, the room, kitchen, and bathroom were so clean! The whole building was so clean and chic and the pool area was amazing! The room comes fully stacked! Coffee pot with creams and sugar, pots, pans, plates, drinkwear, dishwasher and dishwasher pods, laundry with detergent, and the bathroom also...

"Every year I bring my family to this place at least twice a year , and it never disappoints The place is always clean, the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, very rare to find this days, it is something I truly appreciate to start out a vacation trip .! Highly recommended "
