"We loved this home. Great central location! Easy to get where we wanted to go. Depending on traffic it’s 10-15 minutes to both Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. St Armand’s circle is right there too. We drove about 30 minutes down to Venice beach and up north to Anna Maria Island is about an hour. This property is on a quiet dead end street. That’s a huge plus. Publix grocery store is about 10 minutes away and there are wonderful coffee shops to find. Our favorite by far was Perq. Our favorite...

"The property location was perfect for us. We were looking for a place in the water but close to the downtown. The outside seating was ok but a fire pit or lounge chairs would have been nice. There are no amenities at the house. Bikes also would be nice. The bathroom are older and well maintained but note there are no power outlets in them. Overall we would return!"

"Had a wonderful stay here with family celebrating our parents 70th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the pool, sitting on the dock seeing osprey, sea birds, fish jumping and even a dolphin. A quiet community , so peaceful. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We enjoyed the sunsets every night. We definitely recommend this home. Also the owners were very responsive to any questions"

"Great location. Great home. Pictures don’t do it justice - family that arrived before us called while we were a few miles out and said to go ahead get ready to be surprised. My in-laws rented the property next door which was super convenient for our large family and we had plenty of room. It made for a trip we won’t forget. So much fun. Being able to walk to St Armands Circle was the icing on the cake. Beautiful beach, pool, amenities..too much to list. We look forward to booking this property...
