“Beautifully decorated condo close to the heart of Palm Springs. Well thought-out and inspiring design. The condo complex was lovely and the pool & parking were top-notch and secure. We had a nice stay and loved the mountain view from the large balcony. Would book another stay with this host. Thanks!”

It’s close to many things like Victoria Gardens, Ontario Airport, grocery stores, freeway access, etc. The property manager is easy to get in contact with and is responsive and helpful. The check-in and checkout process is straightforward. I would stay again.”

“Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). Similarly, a few extra baking or roasting pans would have been helpful. We are greek and italian, so the……

“Enjoyed a one month stay in this modern, stylish and well equipped vacation home. The host and property manager responded to each request very promptly and met all my needs. This upper unit has mountain views and two outdoor balconies that offer sun or shade depending on your needs. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to downtown, even closer to the airport and beautiful landscaped. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“We arrived in San Francisco and drove to Palm Springs for the stagecoach concert. The location was great and close to many events. Views are great of the mountains. Staff friendly and both check in and out process was super easy. I would highly recommend and hope to go back sometime.”

“Overall a great vacation rental within walking distance to Disney. The place could use a good scrub as the walls, doors,light switches were all pretty dirty. Non of the drains drained properly. All nessesities there. Could see fireworks from outside. Pull oit couch would be nice.”

“My interaction with Arrived was top-notch. They were so easy to work with and tried to make their clients happy. Very much appreciated. The house had a few "issues". no remote for the master light and fan. internet/spectrum TV went out every 20 minutes in the LR, use of the oven caused the whole house to get smokey and smoke detectors went off many times. master shower head positioned poorly such that either you had to stand against the wall or the floor got soaked. Only provided 4 towels……
