Poor house keeping service, despite leaving the cleaning sign on the door room was not cleaned. Money was stolen from our safe, hotel managed accepted the robbery but nothing was compensated.

Air conditioner was not working well and sofa in the room was moldy. Called front desk to complain and nothing was done about it. The humidity in the room, bed always felt wet and even our clothes smelled because they absorbed the humidity of the room.

We loved our stay there the staff are really friendly, always ready to help. But we booked platinum room and the room was clean but did not smell nice. We loved the entertainment and the drinks. There is not allot option of food but it was ok. The people are really nice so welcoming. My husband forgot his phone is the 24/7 rebels restaurant, the staf ran after us to give him his phone.

This was my 1st time here and 1st time out of the country. I really enjoyed the experience, it was only for a few days because of a destination wedding I attended. I would love to come back but for a week. I was shocked at the bird life on the resort which was a pleasure to see. The peace and quiet was a Delight!!! The only thing needed would be heavier blankets, and new pull-out beds. My friend had a hard time getting it out because the metal was rusty. Other than that, I loved it and will be back. 👍👍👍
