"The customer service by the pool and restaurants are top notch amazing. Everyone so friendly and attentive. Pascual and his crew at the Spoon buffet were amazing. The ladies especially Nidelfia were so kind and always bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. Great service. Beautiful resort. Coming back in December. Loved it. Also they have themes at the pools almost everyday. So even on weekdays you will have a DJ in the pool area so u can never be bored. "

"Beautiful grounds with a lot of greenery and beautifully maintained. Exceptional service, food was excellent with a large variety. Loved the market the most with different food options. Trolley was fun and convenient for the children. Night Shows were very good and kept us all entertained. We loved the fire show and fantasy show the most with all of the Disney characters. Entertainment at the large pool was a lot of fun and kept all of us busy. Best part for the kids was the cliff jumping and waterslide into the pool. Would definitely go back!"

"We had an amazing stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and helpful at every turn. We had amazing food and drinks and our room was perfect! "

"Amazing resort, on smaller side for an all inclusive which we appreciated. Wedding factory. For a long weekend we witnessed 7. Yes 7. But they were fun to see and any receptions wrapped up at 11 on the dot so music and partying didn’t go all night. Rooms quiet and spotless. Beach beautiful but a ton of sargassum. Thats not the resorts fault. They do a great job of trying to clear it each day. Drinks by pool ALL watered down which is disappointing. Dark rum not even dark. You can tell they add water to dilute the bottles. We stayed in a preferred room overlooking beach and pool. Food was just ok. Tons of it but just ok. Staff throughout all friendly and helpful. "

"We have stayed at two of the properties at this resort. Family of 4 two teenagers. The property provides plenty of options for the entire family. The Ventus Ha tends to be the quieter of the three properties on site, which is great for us. However the option of dining and using facilities at the other properties is great to provide plenty of AI options. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and modern. Food is top notch. Thanks again to the el cid team for a relaxing few days."
