We really liked the pool. We only stayed for a night but liked that the pool was big enough for different groups essentially to hang out in their areas. It was big enough that you weren’t on top of one of another.

This is my second time visiting this property. Our last stay was very comfortable. However, this time is not as great as before. The front desk staff were not as friendly as previous one. It doesn’t look like they like working there. The parking fee was caught out of guard. But I understand they have to make profit. Overall, the experience is fair but can’t be called exceptional.

The fact that the parking fee was not clearly advertised was frustrating, as well as the electronic key not working for the gate. The whole point is to SKIP the front desk. The bar was posted as being open but was closed both nights I was there. The front entry was covered with pollen, cigarette butts etc. the front glass was broken and covered with a trash bag and there were multiple people just sitting on the ground by the front door (not sure it was staff or guests or what). It was just surprising to see that at a Hilton property. Rooms were clean, pool was nice and the breakfast was good.

The hotel was great and the proximity of attractions and restaurants was a nice addition. The concern was the check-in. It took us more than 45 min to check in and almost missed our dinner reservation. There was a big group checking in but instead of dividing the available check-in staff, the only two staff were on a single terminal dealing with the guests one by one. It was too long of a wait. As you know the reservation was done through Expedia and it was not clear that the parking had an additional cost. It wasn’t until I got there that they requested a $20 fee for parking. But the hotel is newer and the facility was perfect for our one-night stay.

I always stay here when in Orlando. It’s always clean, and the staff are great. I had Amazon packages delivered here this time during my visit, and they held my packages for me until I arrived in town. The breakfast is very good too.
