The room was stocked with all the necessity needed for our stay. It was great having a washer and dryer. Pool was wonderful after a day of traveling. We were close to everything we wanted to do. “Nice place to stay. Easy drive to Universal, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Miami International Airport. Great communication with owner. Very easy check in process.”

“Overall the unit was very nice. We were a group of 6 and did not feel cramped. The blinds in the living room offered no privacy and need to be replaced. Also the kitchen could be a bit more stocked with items (ie baking sheet) but for basic items was well stocked.”

“We were in Orlando for my granddaughter's cheer competition (nationals) (they finished 2nd btw!).The apartment was just as it is pictured. The location was perfect! Less than 10 minutes to Universal Studios and only 20 minutes to the Disney parks! There were a few minor things that we noticed that needed correcting, but nothing major. (Remote control in living room did not have a back, the remote for one of the bedrooms kept falling apart, and a lamp in a bedroom didn't have a bulb. For the……

“The facility was convenient for driving to the theme parks. Traffic was a minor problem, particularly on the ride home. The host should let lessees know to bring their own coffee filters and coffee. There was a coffee maker but nothing to prepare a pot of coffee.”

“As a family sized unit this was a great choice. There were 6 of us in this 3/3 condo overlooking the golf course. Everyone had a fantastic time, there was plenty of room for all of us. Clean and well maintained property.”

“Overall it was a great stay although owner didn't send us travel packet until I frantically requested it the day we were flying out. I let him know it would've been more practical to send it out a few days prior to the trip. We also had an incident with the hot water not working in one of the showers, but he had a service out to fix it relatively promptly. Proximity to convention center was great and walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants/shops was a bonus.”

“Property was nice, came equipped with what we needed. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable and very very loud. Other people staying in other units was always loud, and the walls were so thin you could hear everything including all the vehicles on the outer roads. Part of the shower rod was messed up and the manager said he was going to send someone to repair but never did. And the pool and lazy river was over-hyped.”
