We had an excellent stay at the comfort inn-definitely great value for our money. The day manager was particularly friendly and attentive (I believe his name was Sharif, but I don’t remember). If we are looking for a hotel by JFK we will definitely come back here.

While you can expect from the Comfort Inn. It was really good for me to sleep five hours in the hotel where I felt safe, and where I expected the quality to be a certain level and that to be a call. I really liked the shuttle Service. My recommendation is for the hotel to message you about the pick up of the shuttle in advance.

We were stuck at jfk. Looked up this hotel for something close by. Free shuttle was quick. Liked the free breakfast. Very clean inside and out. They can't control across the street salt pile.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for its convenient location near the airport. The property highlighted its free shuttle service to the airport but when we checked in they stated that the time slot we needed for the shuttle was booked and that we’d need to take Uber/taxi. The location around the hotel was a little sketchy. The hotel is very updated and modern and there was free breakfast. For a one night stay it’s worth being close to the airport, especially for an early flight.

I can understand the noise on the outside because it's the city, but the walls are so thin you can hear the neighboring units as well as any noise coming outside of your room door. Also, what's the deal with not doing 24 hour airport transportation? The front desk people were nice though!

Overall our stay was okey. Room itself is somehow smaller than our Manhattan hotel with little to no amenities. The doors and walls are paper thin and we can hear our neighbors throughout the night. Only good thing is the convenient location next to the JFK with shuttle service.

The hotel is very close to JFK airport. about 10 min drive. It is not much to look at from the outside, but it is clean inside, my room was large with a very big bathroom. A few things could be improved, there is hardly no space to put things near the sink. A shelf would be good. some thing to put your case on also. The TV worked fine, lamps ect. Could not pull the blinds up to see out of the window. Breakfast was reasonable.There is nowhere close by to eat. or shops to go to. I would like to mention Megan, who was very helpful, and went out of her way to organise, my cases, and transport to the airport.

Rooms and bathroom are very nice; new and sparkling. The surroundibg area to the hotel is devoid of any walkable amenities and looks bleak. Breakfast was a hit with waffles, eggs, and sausage in addition to the regular continental breakfast items. Would stay here again but bring my own dinner and beverage items.
