The property needs to be updated and carpets need changing. We’ve stayed at many Vegas properties and this was our first stay. I was disappointed with the whole check-in process and even where they make the Uber drivers drop you off at the property. I traveled with my elderly Mother with 3 cases and her cane and the Uber driver left us in the parking garage a far away from the check-in counter. My Mother had a nasty fall in the garage and landed on her face, leaving marks on her face, her left hand was all cut-up and her right hand is incredibly swollen. Check-in was terrible! Huge line with 4 people behind the counter and I had to ask if I could pass people as I left my Mother and the cases at a cafe so I could ask for medical assistance at check-in. Finally, someone came and wrapped her ugly cut hand in a stretchy tensor bandage with no band aids and when I tried to take it off she was in excruciating pain because the bandage stuck to her wounds. Next time I’ll go back to The Wynn where I know we would have had better treatment. Also, if you’re a non-smoker, it’s incredibly disgusting playing a game and having someone blow smoke in your direction all the time. My clothing smelled of smoke everyday.
