"We had a wonderful stay at our condo. They did a great job equipping the unit with everything you would want for cooking and outdoor activities. We requested additional boogie boards and they were delivered right away. Keyless entry was ideal for all of us coming and going. We made great use of the pool and hot tub and lived watching the sunsets from our patio."

"Being able to wander down the hill and across the street to snorkel was definitely a highlight. Our favourite room in the condo was the lanai, with it’s view of the park and ocean. The exterior of the complex is well-maintained with manicured gardens and a nice pool area. The condo itself is a little tired. A coat of paint, clearing the cupboards, removing/replacing the garburator, and new bed mattresses are suggestions for improvements. The property host was very responsive to our texts and...

"This was a perfect destination for my family and i. Kitchen set up.for full meals, clean, spacious, and oh man the views. The sunsets off the lanai were spectacular. Easy walking to everything in town, and a great starting point for longer destinations. Beach outside the door, waves crashing, it was awesome. Easy to get to, only caveat is you need to be a pretty good at parking in tight spots. The garage is clean, safe, and small. Other than that, awesome all around."

"This is an extraordinary place, beautifully nestled at the top of a narrow tree-lined road, designed to blend into the landscape. It's high, and the view of the sea is grand. Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. We left thinking we would like to stay again, perhaps stay two nights. Lovely hosts. "

"The Big Island Retreat is a lovely property located minutes on foot to one of the best snorkeling beaches on Big Island. We stayed in the Ocean view room which was over 2 floors. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The rooms are quite small with little storage. The bed was only a double and very high off the floor making getting into it really hard. The bathroom is not totally enclosed and has no basin as the kitchen sink is just outside. Although there was nobody staying in the rooms...
