I have stayed many times at this Margaritaville location. It is a beautiful. Everything was great, except for the communication errors with the housekeeping staff. Our room did not get serviced for two days, but that was the only thing that was missing…. But the entire staff was extremely helpful & nice..

This property has become one of our favorite hotels. We usually stay in the on the river downtown but now, no way. The staff is very very nice and helpful. Overall I'll rate this experience an A-/B only cause they offer 24 hour service valet parking and getting there, no one was there. I waited over 20 minutes to find out no one was working. But, other than that, I just love the beach, accessibility, the stores and again the staff and cleanliness of the business.
