I am currently in dispute with regards to incorrect charges on my visa credit card. I brought it to the attention of the front desk when I checked out. I showed him the charges on my visa account. He provided a name and advised to send an email and a copy of my visa statement. I have forwarded this information and followed it up with a call. I spoke with a gentleman name William Steinbeger who was no help basically told me my bank has the money. It was charged on my credit card! He advised me to wait 5 business days and call back😡.

Room was nice but half property was under construction and no pool or restaurant ...next day air conditioner broke so we moved to other hotel. Plus they give us the money back...refunded on 3 business days .

Customer service was poor, they didn’t provide me with specific information; for example I asked where I could get beach towels and the lady answered me at the beach, pretty obvious when you know the place. We found out that the pool was in restoration until we got there. I think these kind of information should be provided when you’re doing the reservation to avoid dissatisfaction.

The pool and patio were closed. The bar would close early if they didn't get enough customers. No airport shuttle. Liked the staff, location, cleanliness a d the ocean was great for swimming. Not much for teenagers 14-17 to do nearby the hotel. No free breakfast. Won't be back 😌

The hotel was not what I expected. I was quite disappointed. It is under construction and that was not mentioned when I made the reservation. The pool was closed, the hallway carpet was very dusty, I imagine due to the construction work. The air conditioning in the room was set too high and there was no way to lower the temperature. I spent two days very hot and could barely sleep at night, sweating. The view from my room was half sea, half construction equipment. The valet parking service was very good, but I consider $52 a day to be very high for hotel guests. The location is good, although direct access to the beach was closed due to the construction work. I recommend that the hotel's website indicate that the pool is closed and that repairs are being made.

Property was under construction no pool or easy access to beach. I have a bad knee. You had to walk all the way around the building on stoney parking lot to get to the beach. If I would have known this I never-ever would have booked. I wont be back.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The building was under construction which caused many issues: 1. AC did not work(95 degrees in Ft. Lauderdale and no AC) 2. No water in the rooms during the day 3. No pool. We booked the hotel due to location and the pool. I would like someone from Expedia to contact me please. Thanks, Tim

Great location as far as proximity to the beach but the place is under heavy construction and unsafe for many reasons. There was no safe path to the beach around the construction. The signs that were posted pointed in the wrong direction. Also, they had 4 empty unused EV charges that I would have paid a premium to use but they didn't tell me about them after I told them I was driving an EV. That cost me additionally unnecessary travel time.

Staff was friendly and it was a great location to shops, food and beach. Pool was closed, and they turned the water off two of the 3 days we were there throughout the day. Not exactly convenient when we are on a vacation. The first day we went to take a shower and it was off. We were to have supposed to have gotten a note under the door telling us this, but did not…so our day was definitely rearranged because showers were a must after running and walking all morning. Then it happened again the next day. Just very inconvenient when that happens.

The staff is their greatest assets. From the front desk, the cleaning staff and even the vallet guy Rodrigo and the beach guy, Jackson. The hotel is under renovation and that's the only negative side, if any.

Specifically booked this hotel for pool deck and pool bar with a view of the ocean. This was important as I had limited time due to business mtgs during day and business dinners to capture a little sun. When I checked in, I was notified that the pool deck and pool bar were closed for renovations. Nothing was mentioned of this on Expedia site, and pictures of pool deck/pool bar are displayed. Furthermore, typical access to the beach is through pool deck down stairs to the beach. Due to the renovation you could only access the beach by walking through the neighboring gravel parking lot. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but was not worth the price I paid for the room due to the inconvience. Would have stayed elsewhere due to my time constraints.
