"There was confusion in the morning when getting the voucher for breakfast, we had 3 people in the room and the voucher was only good for 2 people. Took about 10 minutes to resolve issue. Cleanliness was good, open areas were clean but open closet and see dirt on floor and sink in bathroom was at an angle and was disconnected from the wall."

"It was fine for the price. I had to withdraw cash for the deposit which seemed strange. The tv doesn't work. The maintenance gentleman came over and fixed it and I tried to change the channel and it immediately broke again. But the room is comfortable besides that."

"Very happy with the amenities provided but the hotel. The complementary washing and drying in the guest laundry was brilliant. The atmosphere and view on the 10th floor was awesome. So much space to relax. Happy hour 5-7 upstairs was great too. Big room, lots of space and nice area downstairs to relax too. Staff were very busy but mostly helpful.
