"We loved staying in this historic home during our trip to Colorado Springs. The casita and extra bedroom were perfect for our small family. The architecture is impressive. Both spaces are well designed. Caren was kind, professional and helpful with emails. Check-in/out procedures were clear. We feel privileged to have stayed in her home. The fenced yard was helpful since we brought our small dog. Everything was first class. We look forward to returning."

"This updated house had everything we needed in it. The house was clean and cozy. Check in and out was easy and John and Beth helped answer questions we had about nearby grocery stores and restaurants. So close to all the places we wanted to visit! Would totally stay here again!"

"There is no parking. You have to use their garage and they charge you daily and you have to use a valet every time you want your car or to drop it off. The hotel is right in town. Close to everything if that’s your thing. Very clean and the staff were all nice. "

"Loved that the property is really modern and fits the rustic mountain aesthetic. It looks like it was a remodel from a previous motel? Has the essentials for a one-night stay. Appreciate the heater in the bathroom. Coming from Texas where 50s is too cold, much needed! Also, LOVVEEEE the beaver mascot on your coasters and notepad!! Cuteee!! My only negative is that there should be some additional lighting from the parking at The Outlook Lodge to the Little Beaver Inn. We weren’t sure at first...

"Room with Mountain View was great. Room was very spacious and clean. The facility and activities were average. Comparing with other resorts like the Gaylord I would much rather stay at Gaylord. I like that we got to stay here and have the experience but don’t think I would come back again."
