I like that all grounds are cared and maintained at its best What I didn’t like? Found some hair in my food, and some cockroach were crawling in the room ( house cockroaches NOT beach cockroaches)

Food was ok, steak house was the worst restaurant they had. Steaks were so tough I couldn’t believe they called it a steak. Bad location as well didn’t feel like a steak house, no AC as well. Almost every server there felt like they were forced working there. We only had one server in Krystal that was an awesome server! Not much for kids to do besides going into the sportsman for pool or foosball. But this was also the best AC spot they had, so tons of drunk adults and vaping going on in here. The shows were kinda boring at night. If they had any. The beach is the only good thing they have going for them. Super clean. Great place to take pictures.

The property looked old and rundown. The room was really basic and our shower didn't drain. The pictures online look much nicer than the actual resort. It was also much further away from all of the other hotels.

This was our first time visiting Cancun and we loved the experience! I appreciate all of the staff hospitality and attendance. The Riu is so beautiful and amazing and the atmosphere in the hotel smells so beautiful! The only small issue was that our room air conditioner did not works as well and the toilet did not flush well. Overall that was minor but the all inclusive was amazing and we will back back soon. Thanks for the experience and the beautiful resort!

I like everything from the property. The only think i didn't like was the transportation from expedia to the hotel. Then didn't provide transportation for us. We waited for 1 hour and we decided to take a taxi. We ended to pay more $$ for transportation

We stayed at the Riu Palace Peninsula for our honeymoon 5/22/24 to 5/26/24 and it was exceptional; we had to stay an extra night. The staff was amazing, customer service was excellent. Truly a beautiful and clean resort with countless food options. My husband is also a food critic and he had no complaints. We will definitely be staying at the Riu Palace Peninsula the next time we visit Cancun with our family or a private getaway for us.

There are multiple RIU resorts in the area I like that we weren't limited to just our resort. Was able to vist tge othe RIU's freely except for the RIU Kukulkan

Needs a little update and f Friendlier bartenders. The air conditioning didn’t work the greatest and some of the food was pretty bland. Still a nice vacation spot, but I either got alcohol poisoning or something from the pool bar. Went there 10 years ago had a blast went back and the property was not up to our expectations.

The resort is beautiful, staff great, great partys for adult's, beautiful beach and close to almost everything, great catering to us while hanging by beach and pool with drinks, bbq by pool was nice . HOWEVER toilet kept clogging over and over, bed and pillow uncomfortable, the ac hardly works, tv small, hot tub in room didnt work which was one reason i picked this resort, the food wasn't so good. Hit or missed mostly miss. Mostly for adult's if you ask me being i was there with my 9 and 17 year old. I rate it 3.5 star

The smell when you walk in smelled so good. The whole hotel was clean. Service was incredible. Maybe it just needs more night events. Overall everything was excellent
