Brand new hotel and still working on some areas. However, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond every time. They all made us feel very welcome and we never had to ask for drinks. There are several restaurants which you can make reservations or attempt walk in and wait time varies. Our favorites were the French and Japanese restaurants by far. The taco truck by the main pool is delicious. If you want to get to the beach you had to schedule a ride to the beach club which is beautiful. The restaurant at the beach club is great as well. The vantage club staff and bartenders were top notch. The hotel is still very new so not overcrowded and no need to wake up at 6am to get a pool seat. We r hired our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, service is good , clean . The hotel is new , not all the restaurants are open , they only have buffet for breakfast, for lunch they have bites , and the Mediterranean restaurant a la carte. This hotel does not have beach , but it has a beach club , their transportation will take you to the club , also the entrance is a long way , if you want to go shopping or to the downtown, you will have to get a taxi , even to get to the bus station is a long walk from the hotel . Overall it was a nice stay .

New hotel with great personal service. They are still working out the kinks in the food presentation and consistency … the Japanese and Italian restaurants had the better food. There is no beach at the property however a really nice beach club you take a shuttle to. The food at the beach club was the best. Party at the pool was way too loud ..something to think about if you choose “bay view” Drinks are never made the same way twice, they also use a watered down liquor so that guests never get drunk …so drinks and food are not great. First time at a Hyatt… great service, beautiful hotel however food and drinks is soo important and missed the mark The people at the hotel were so caring
