“I booked my stay for week thru hotels .com 20 mins into my stay the manager shows up at my door telling me that I need to pay more money or I'm not going to be able to say it even though I paid the rate in full on hotels.com so it's been over 6 days after I paid for a week already tomorrow will be a week now and I still have not got my money back I have been given the runaround everywhere at the time I turn as we get my money or whatever back because the reservation was canceled the next……

“I was not charged my booking price! Beware as it was stated to me by a Whole Family staff member that bookings for multiple beds/ guests isn’t an option, even though that’s what my booking confirmation said. So I ended up paying nearly $286 even though my booking price with Orbitz was $215.46. Orbitz customer service said I had to go through the Whole Family rep and the rep from Whole Family said I had to take it up with Orbitz. I won’t be staying here or booking with Orbitz EVER AGAIN. ”
