When I pull up to the hotel on the day of my reservation, there’s a sign on the door saying the hotel was closed for renovations and to go to a different hotel about 10 minutes away. I was given no prior notice this was happening and I only booked this hotel for its walking distance to the places I needed to go. Very unprofessional, do not book with this company. "
