"The people that were staying there viewing time shares were very loud, obnoxious, and rude. They took over the pools and swim up bars. Very disruptive. They were staying free or at a reduced rate whereas people that paid to vacation there couldn't relax. The staff was amazing but I won't come back due all the people viewing time shares. "

"All the staff were very nice and helpful. Seth was our butler and helped us out with everything, got us everything we needed and was always very quick to answer.
